When comparing prices, please note we do NOT increase prices for last-minute bookings like some of our big competitors. We just lower our prices for longer stays.

One night - including breakfast:

Single non en-suite* - £50 

Single en-suite - £55

Twin / double en-suite - £80 (total for 2 people)

Family en-suite - £90 (for 3 adults / 2 parents with 2 small children)

 

Two or more nights - including breakfast:

 Single non en-suite* - £45 per night

 Single en-suite - £50

 Twin /double en-suite -  £75 (total for 2 people)

 Family en-suite - £80 (for 3 adults  / 2 parents with 2 small children)

 

Five or more nights - room only:

Facilities

Our aim has always been to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible when staying at our B&B. The facilities we provide are designed to offer all the home comforts needed. All rooms have:

  • fridge, microwave, kettle,  plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, hair dryer,
  • complimentary tea tray with tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits, 
  • television - with Freeview and most have DVD player 
  • WiFi - free, for ease of internet access   

We also offer an iron and ironing board and the shower room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which guests to our house are welcome to use.

Included in your price, we like to offer you the meal you prefer - to prepare you for a busy working day or a nice, relaxing meal at the weekend or for those on holiday. Along with the full freshly cooked English breakfast available, we always have a selection of cereals and fresh fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt and coffee and a choice of teas. We do our best to cater for any special dietary requirements you may have and welcome vegetarians. Please contact us to talk about what you will need.

Breakfasts are available downstairs in our dining room from about 7.30 to 8.30 weekdays and until 9.30 at weekends. If you prefer breakfast in your room, we can provide you with cereals and milk and/or bread for toasting and jam, etc.

There is a side entrance to our B&B which guests can use for extra convenience - so there's no problem if you need to leave early for work or for a flight or if you want to come back late after a wedding reception.  (So long as you come and go quietly!)

Important Points

The Larches is a strictly non-smoking guest house.

We run a family- friendly guest house and we have a strict policy of no un-authorised guests.

Normally, rooms are available from 12 noon and must be vacated by 11am, although we can look after luggage until later in the day. If you require earlier access this can generally be arranged with prior notice.

We are afraid that no dogs are allowed in The Larches Bed and Breakfast.
